The salt from the miso tends to dry it out, so chicken has to be sliced thin and beef shouldn't be in the miso too long, also the more fat content on the beef the better, I find.

PAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8670775069452488961.post-54263464026113830002009-01-14T22:15:00.000-08:002009-01-14T22:15:00.000-08:00To Tigerfish~Haha that'll be really nice!I guess i...To Tigerfish~
Haha that'll be really nice!
I guess it's the price I have to pay to live in CA~food makes me happyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17108934546108132401noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8670775069452488961.post-73007877587218014222009-01-14T19:47:00.000-08:002009-01-14T19:47:00.000-08:00I hope I can give you some of Singapore's humidity...I hope I can give you some of Singapore's humidity and you give me some of CA's coolness :ptigerfishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13575213806359208350noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8670775069452488961.post-24426155044139110372009-01-13T23:08:00.000-08:002009-01-13T23:08:00.000-08:00Maybe I just will :). White miso fish should be great too :).

Am thinking of making this at home, but the miso paste buckets are so big at our local supermarket. Hopefully we'll find a smaller bowl of miso paste.

Yeah, the weather is SO weird. Schools have cut their trees (for me at least), and it feels so different! What used to be so shady is now WAY too bright and dry.EatTravelEathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04701629211273451788noreply@blogger.com
